These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AI for Interiors website at aiforinteriors.com and your purchase of any products or services offered by AI for Interiors, LLC ("AI for Interiors," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Products and Services
Digital products
AI for Interiors offers digital products including the Claude Skills Library packages (The Foundation, The Core Toolkit, and The Complete Library). These products are delivered electronically following payment confirmation. Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once the download link has been accessed.
AI Studio Audit
The AI Studio Audit is a personalized consulting service delivered as a written report. Your report is delivered within 3 to 5 business days following your submission of the required intake questionnaire. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. If you add the Strategy Session upgrade, your scheduling link will be included with your report delivery. Strategy Sessions must be used within 90 days of purchase.
AI Design Academy membership
The AI Design Academy is a month-to-month subscription membership. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. VIP members who include a private monthly coaching session must book their session within the current billing month — unused sessions do not carry over.
Custom Implementation
Custom Implementation is a service in which Jessica Nelson installs and configures your Claude Skills Library package for your specific firm. A kick-off call will be scheduled following your purchase. Timeline for delivery will be agreed upon during the kick-off call. Due to the custom nature of this service, refunds are not available once the kick-off call has occurred.
Payment
All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe, Inc. By completing a purchase, you authorize AI for Interiors to charge your payment method for the full amount at the time of purchase. Recurring subscription charges (AI Design Academy) will be billed automatically each month until cancelled.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital and service-based nature of our offerings:
- Digital downloads (Claude Skills Library): All sales are final once the download link has been accessed. If you have not accessed your download and believe you made an error, contact us within 48 hours of purchase.
- AI Studio Audit: Refunds are available only if requested before you submit the intake questionnaire. Once your questionnaire is submitted and work has begun, no refund will be issued.
- AI Design Academy: No refunds for monthly subscription fees. Cancel anytime to stop future charges.
- Custom Implementation: No refunds once the kick-off call has taken place.

Intellectual Property
All content on the AI for Interiors website, including text, graphics, logos, and digital products, is the property of AI for Interiors, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Our Claude Skills Library products are licensed for use by the purchasing firm only — they may not be resold, redistributed, shared with third parties outside your firm, or used to build competing products or services.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our website and products only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You may not:
- Reproduce, resell, or redistribute any of our digital products
- Use our products to build competing services or products
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when purchasing or using our services
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our website or services
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the results obtained from use of our products will meet your specific business objectives. AI tools and systems are subject to the limitations of current technology, and results may vary by firm.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI for Interiors, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service at issue.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Travis County, Texas.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
